Treating my Achilles tendon today with my Redvive photobiomodulation (PBM) panel at home. It is just as powerful as the larger panel at the office but in a smaller size for home use. Safe for adults, children, and pets!

We have a new exciting treatment offered at the office! Photobiomodulation therapy is an exciting cutting edge therapy for pain and inflammation. It excites the cells, increases ATP production in the mitochondria, and most importantly, treats pain and inflammation. An added benefit is it is great for collagen production which helps with cellular repair of the skin. We are very excited to offer this new treatment to our patients!

TIPS FOR SUMMER FOOT CARE 😎

🏖️Wear breathable shoes made from materials like leather or mesh that allow air circulation and help prevent sweating and odor.

🏝️Avoid plastic or vinyl shoes that trap heat and moisture, which can lead to blisters and infections.

⛱️If wearing sandals, choose those with good arch support and secure straps.

🌅Consider moisture-wicking socks to help keep feet dry and prevent blisters.

🌞Protect Your Feet from the Sun:

😎Apply sunscreen with a high SPF to your feet, including the tops and bottoms, before going outside.

☀️Sunscreen helps prevent sunburn and premature aging of the skin on your feet.

💦DRINK WATER!!!

👣Hot weather can cause swelling in your feet and ankles, so staying hydrated is important.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day to maintain proper skin health and circulation.

🌊BE CAREFUL IN PUBLIC SPACES!

🦠Public pools, locker rooms, and showers are breeding grounds for fungi and bacteria.
Wear flip-flops or sandals in these areas to protect your feet from infections like athlete's foot and plantar warts.
