Good Morning everyone!

We are currently aware that the CDC and FDA have approved and recommended the COVID Vaccine for children ages 5-11. We are currently working with the DHS and Ascension to obtain our supply, to prepare for the ability to give the vaccine in our office. We ask that you be patient during this process. We do not know what set times we will be giving the vaccine yet. We will be starting a list if you do contact the office. We do encourage you to contact multiple places (pharmacies, etc) if you are wanting to get your child the vaccination ASAP. If you have any further questions, please contact our office at 262-786-8199.

Our building is currently without power due to the storms. We will keep the phones forwarded for emergency calls but have limited access to our electronic medical records. We will update when we are back to being fully operational.

**SICK CLINIC - ELMBROOK PEDIATRICS**

In these challenging times, we want to assure you that we are ready to see your kiddos if they are feeling under the weather. We have designated hours in the day, considered our Sick Clinic, to ensure that we can safely separate our healthy patients, but have the availability to provide care for who are feeling sick. We are able to see infants to teenagers who have had known exposures to COVID-19, and have the ability to complete a COVID Test/Flu Test, with an evaluation. **Please note, we are unable to just complete a COVID test, we are requiring an evaluation of the patient at this time.

Monday: 3:00pm-5:00pm
Tuesday: 3:00pm-5:00pm
Thursday: 3:00pm-5:00pm
Friday: 3:00pm-5:00pm

We will then have one of our RN’s triage your call, give instructions on our process to bring your child safely into our clinic.

**New adjustment in hours!**

Happy New Year! Due to keeping patients safe, and wanting to keep our families and children protected, we have updated our hours for the next few months until further notice.

Monday: 9:00am - 3:00pm, 3:00pm-5:00pm Sick Visits

Tuesday: 9:00am - 3:00pm, 3:00pm-5:00pm Sick Visits

Wednesday: 9:00am - 7:00pm

Thursday: 9:00am - 3:00pm, 3:00pm-5:00pm Sick Visits

Friday: 9:00am - 3:00pm, 3:00pm-5:00pm Sick Visits

Saturday: Closed - Continuing to watch in the coming months for updates

There has been ongoing construction on North Avenue in front of our Elmbrook Medical Arts Center. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you as you come in for your appointment.

Please see the attached map for alternate routes to get into our parking lot and allow a little extra time to navigate the construction.
