We are mourning the loss of a loyal employee, a wonderful mother, beloved daughter, sister and friend.
Melanie was one of a kind,she loved her work, she was dedicated to renal research and contributed a great deal to Southwest Nephrology. We would ask that you keep her daughter Natalee and family in your prayers in the days to come.

Melanie Ann Haydel, age 62, passed away at home on April 2, 2025 after a long illness. Melanie was born in New Orleans, LA on July 22, 1962, the daughter of Mr. Mrs. Bert Haydel. Melanie was a graduate of Trinity Episcopal Highschool. After graduation in 1980, she attended Louisiana
