Tamarra learned on the job and has grown into one of the very best — attentive to every detail and quick to let me know when something is out of the norm. She has also learned through both love and loss, and she carries that wisdom with grace and compassion into the care she provides every day.

Tamarra is also willing to jump in wherever and whenever needed, never hesitating to lend a hand or go the extra mile. What makes her even more special is the joy she carries. Strong, steady, and compassionate — she is truly a blessing to this team.

Her work ethic is inspiring—she shows up every day with dependability, honesty, and a genuine desire to bring comfort and joy to others. She notices the little things, the small details that make our residents smile, and that makes all the difference.

From the very first day we opened our doors, Connie has been a steady, dependable, and irreplaceable part of our HaloHavens family. She’s the kind of person you can always count on—always on time, willing to come early or stay late, and never afraid to go the extra mile.

Connie is our clean freak extraordinaire who keeps everything running smoothly. She handles our grocery ordering, keeps things organized, and makes sure the daily flow stays on track. Beyond her hard work, she’s also a dear friend to so many of our residents, bringing warmth, care, and companionship into their lives.

To her coworkers, she’s affectionately known as the “work mama”—always looking out for everyone, always encouraging, and always wanting to please. At home, Connie is a proud mother of 2 and grandmother to 5 beautiful grandchildren.

We are so grateful for her dedication, kindness, and heart. HaloHavens simply wouldn’t be the same without her. 💙

Today we want to honor someone very special to the HaloHavens family — Keely.

Keely has been with us since almost day one, and she continues to pour her whole heart into everything she does. She is strong-willed, tough, and independent — qualities that make her a natural leader and an incredible advocate for both residents and staff. Even through the recent difficult loss of her mother, Keely has shown remarkable strength and resilience.

She gives 100% every single day, treating our residents like her own family, and always going above and beyond to make sure their needs are met with compassion and care. Whether it’s her amazing cooking, staying late without hesitation, or stepping up when others need her, Keely’s servant’s heart shines through in everything she does.

On top of all that, she is a dedicated mother of three, balancing her family life with her HaloHavens family seamlessly. She rarely ever calls in, consistently shows up, and sets the bar high for what it means to be dependable and committed.
