Our first Bingo with the Beehive was a HUGE success! We had over 60 attendees, and we are so grateful to everyone who made this night possible. A special thanks to my girls at the Beehive, who went above and beyond to help make everything perfect! Kelbie and Mrs Kathy made the best chili and Christmas candy bags! Dakota from compassus also made us some Yummy zuppa toscana!

I couldn't have done it without their help, as well as the help from my mom, the Extended Care Clinical Services team, Compassus Hospice, Accent Care, my church and my best friend. A big thank you also goes out to everyone who donated bingo prizes (Arden, Bristol, St. Luke, Compassus, Rameys, KDMC, Extended Care, Karen Edwards, Cecil Rogers)—we had so many winners tonight!

I have so many people to thank, and I'm sure I’ll miss someone, so please forgive me! I can’t wait to do it again, so stay tuned!

Mr. Rob moved his wife into the Beehive in March 2022. He often reminisces about the thoughtful and welcoming sign on her door when they first arrived, especially after a long drive from Texas. Following his wife's passing, he continued to visit frequently, and tomorrow marks the start of his new adventure at the Beehive, complete with his own welcoming sign.
