Introducing Harmonic Brain Healing™, Where Science Meets Soul.

Created by Cynthia Schwartzberg, LCSW, Harmonic Brain Healing is a transformative method integrating neuroscience, trauma recovery, and cognitive re-patterning to help clients release deeply held emotional imprints and reawaken the brain’s natural capacity to heal.

Through guided imagery, vibration, and attuned presence, the brain synchronizes with the body’s rhythms, allowing balance, integration, and clarity to unfold.

This workshop is designed for therapists and Brainspotting practitioners seeking to expand their skillset with a method that:

✨ Supports trauma resolution and emotional regulation
✨ Integrates parts work for deeper wholeness and cohesion
✨ Addresses anxiety, grief, and intrusive imagery
✨ Reduces secondary trauma and enhances therapist well-being
✨ Builds confidence in facilitating neuroplastic change

🧠 Science meets soul care:

When we engage the brain through image and vibration, we tap into the same neurobiological pathways that allow for transformation, not by force, but through resonance.

🗓 Workshop Date: December 12, 2025
📍 Location: Online & In-Person (Atlanta, GA)
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET
💰 7.5 CE hours
🎓 Facilitator: Cynthia Schwartzberg, LCSW, Founder of Cynthasis, Brainspotting Trainer, and Integrative Therapist

“Sometimes, what moves within us as therapists is as important as what moves in our clients.”

As we sit with others, parts of our own story may surface, subtle echoes that can guide or quietly shape the healing process.

The Brainspotting and Parts Work Training (Dec 14–15, 2025 | Online & Atlanta, GA) offers a space to explore this intersection, where therapist and client parts meet in attuned awareness.

Through the Neuroexperiential Brainspotting model, you’ll learn to:
🌿 Recognize implicit and explicit parts, in yourself and your clients
🌿 Navigate frame shifts with clarity and clinical intention
🌿 Integrate Brainspotting with parts work for deeper healing and regulation

If you’ve ever felt a resonance in session that you couldn’t quite name… this is where you learn to understand it, and use it as a path toward transformation.

Deepen your presence. Expand your capacity. Heal through awareness.

“Healing doesn’t happen when we push. It happens when we pause.” — Cynthia Schwartzberg

In Cynthia Schwartzberg’s integrative approach, Harmonic Brain Healing™, the pause is not a moment of doing nothing; it’s a living space of connection and possibility.

When we slow down and attune to our inner world, the brain and body begin to harmonize, inviting emotional regulation, clarity, and ease.

In this gentle stillness, the nervous system shifts from protection to presence.

Healing, then, isn’t about trying harder; it’s about allowing.
Each mindful pause becomes an entry point to self-awareness, compassion, and transformation.

Take a breath. Feel your feet. Notice what emerges when you stop pushing and simply be.

This is where healing begins.

Ever notice how your eyes move when you think, feel, or remember?
That subtle shift isn’t random; it’s your brain at work.

In Brainspotting, a powerful mind-body therapy, specific eye positions (called Brainspots) connect directly to emotional experiences and memories stored deep in the brain and body.

By gently holding your gaze on a Brainspot, with presence and attunement, the nervous system can naturally process and release what’s been held, often beyond the reach of words.

This is where transformation happens:
• Accessing subconscious emotional memories through gaze awareness
• Releasing the body’s stored stress and trauma
• Restoring a sense of calm, clarity, and integration

Healing doesn’t always begin with words.
Sometimes, it starts with where you look.

Gratitude and congratulations to our newest Brainspotting Phase 1 graduates! 🌿

Over this past weekend, therapists from across the country gathered both online and in Atlanta, GA, for an immersive Brainspotting Phase 1 Training, exploring the power of presence, attunement, and the brain-body connection in trauma healing.

Each participant brought profound curiosity, compassion, and professionalism, embodying the true foundations of trauma-informed and somatic practice.

A heartfelt thank-you to our volunteers, assistants, and tech team for co-creating a learning environment that was both safe and deeply attuned. Your ability to WAIT, stay connected, and remain “in the tail of the comet” reflected the essence of what Brainspotting teaches, that healing unfolds through presence, trust, and connection.

To all who joined this training: may this be the beginning of a meaningful journey of growth, awareness, and embodied healing in your work and in your life.

With gratitude,
Cynthia Schwartzberg, LCSW

There was a moment when I sat with a client who couldn’t move past an image in their mind, no matter what we tried. I felt helpless.

So I turned inward, to the tools that had once helped me:
✨ rhythm — to regulate the nervous system
✨ revisioning — to shift perspective
✨ the eyes — to access the memories stored deep within

And something changed. My client began to breathe again. Open. Release.

That moment reminded me that healing doesn’t always begin with words.

It begins with the body, with presence, and with trust in our innate capacity to heal.

That’s how Harmonic Brain Healing™ was born, a method that integrates rhythm, somatic awareness, and compassionate presence to help the brain and body come back into harmony.

Whether you’re a therapist or on your own healing journey, pause to notice: what helps you move through the moments that feel stuck?

Share below, let’s grow together.

Grounding isn’t just a relaxation technique; it’s a neurobiological reset. 🌿

When we orient through our senses, what we see, feel, and breathe, we engage the vagus nerve and signal the body that it’s safe to settle. This sensory awareness gently brings the nervous system from survival mode into regulation.

Try this 3-step grounding practice for yourself or with clients:
1️⃣ Name 5 things you see in your surroundings.
2️⃣ Feel your feet making steady contact with the ground.
3️⃣ Exhale slowly, longer than your inhale.

These small moments of presence help reestablish safety, regulation, and connection, creating the foundation for deeper healing, whether in therapy or everyday life.

At Cynthasis, we teach therapists and healers to integrate these somatic awareness tools through Brainspotting and Harmonic Brain Healing, methods that honor the body’s innate intelligence in guiding transformation.

✨ Save this for your own self-regulation toolkit, or share it with clients who need a reminder to pause and reconnect.

✨ The body leads. The brain follows. Healing unfolds.

In Brainspotting (BSP), therapists learn to trust the body’s innate intelligence, allowing healing to emerge naturally, without forcing or fixing.

Developed by David Grand, PhD, and refined by leaders like Cynthia Schwartzberg, LCSW, Brainspotting offers a direct, neurobiological pathway for processing trauma stored beyond conscious awareness.

By identifying a “Brainspot,” an eye position connected to an emotional or somatic experience, the therapist helps the client’s brain access and integrate what words alone cannot reach.

The result is often profound: greater regulation, emotional clarity, and a deep sense of relief.

Across the globe, therapists are discovering that presence, not performance, transforms the healing relationship.

“The best lesson I ever learned as a therapist? To wait.”

After decades of psychotherapy and somatic work, Brainspotting transformed my practice, not by doing more, but by trusting more.

Real healing happens in the stillness, when we honor the client’s innate wisdom and let the body lead the way.

In our 3-day Brainspotting Phase 1 Training, I teach therapists how to witness rather than fix, trust what clients carry, and hold space for authentic transformation.

🧠 What if healing didn’t require retelling the story, only focusing on where the body leads?

For therapists and healers, it’s easy to see when clients are stuck in old emotional loops, but harder to help them shift beyond them. That’s where Brainspotting (BSP) changes the game.

This brain-body therapy uses the brain’s innate ability to process and release trauma that lives beneath conscious awareness.

Through precise eye positioning, therapists and clients locate a Brainspot, a visual access point to the emotional core of an issue.

Holding focused, compassionate attention on that spot allows the brain’s natural healing system to complete unfinished processing, regulate the nervous system, and restore integration, without reliving painful memories.

💡 Developed by David Grand, PhD, and refined by leaders like Cynthia Schwartzberg, LCSW, Brainspotting has become a trusted modality among trauma-informed practitioners, somatic therapists, and Brainspotting-trained clinicians worldwide.

When you integrate Brainspotting into your practice, you invite your clients, and yourself, into a more embodied, regulated, and authentic way of healing.
