We are a small team dedicated to giving our patients the best experience. We are located on the first floor of the 1921 building.

Our Brookings location provides Life Insurance Health Exams, Drug and Alcohol Testing, Phlebotomy Services and DNA Testing.

Our Brookings office will be closed December 23-25 for our staff to spend time with their families during the Christmas season. We will resume regular business hours on December 30 and 31, but will be closed January 1, 2026, for the New Year Holiday. Wishing you and your family blessings today and every day!
