With school starting soon, we are doing a teacher supplies drive! All donations brought to Willert Chiropractic will go to classrooms in the Brookings, Volga, White, South Dakota Area School Districts! See the supplies list below for items teachers have said they're in need of

- Kleenex
- Hand sanitizer
- Pencils
- Disinfectant wipes
- Crayons
- Notebooks
- Glue sticks

As school approaches, I want to share that South Dakota does NOT require vaccinations in order to attend school. But they DO require this form to be filled out. If you choose not to vaccinate, all you have to do is sign and date the form shown here in the purple circled area. (You can get this from your school, Doctor or daycare.) It's as simple is that. And you are not responsible for answering any questions.
