🔔 Jingle Bells & Battle Ropes: A Festive Christmas Eve at Empower! 🔔
This morning at Empower Lifelong Fitness, we proved that "holiday spirit" can be loud, fast, and a whole lot of fun!
To celebrate Christmas Eve, we added a little festive flair to our battle rope session by attaching jingle bells to the ends. The goal? Keep the rhythm moving and the bells singing.
The "Great Bell Escape"
We quickly learned one thing: those bells didn't stand a chance! Within minutes, the gym floor was covered in silver bells. But that’s when the real fun started—it became a mission to see who could swing the ropes with enough power to dislodge those last few stubborn jingles.
There is nothing quite like the laughter and motivation of a group trying to "clear the ropes" to get the heart rate up and the holiday spirit soaring!
