Azalea Gardens is a unique Community with the distinctive look and feel of home. Residents can relax and visit with friends in our fireside lounge and enjoy a delicious meal in our restaurant style dining room. For residents who enjoy quieter activities we have a library, spa, beauty salon and crafts room. Continuous outdoor and indoor walkways provide residents the opportunity to remain active and to enjoy the outdoors. At Azalea Gardens, residents enjoy the privacy of their own spacious apartment within a community of care and support. Each apartment features carpeted flooring, a kitchenette, a large accessible bathroom, individual climate controls and an emergency call system. All rooms are maintained daily to ensure the comfort and safety of our residents. In addition to our basic services, Azalea Gardens offers Personalized Care Plans for residents who need a little extra help with their daily routines. These plans are individually tailored by our Resident Care Team to meet the specific needs of each resident. Residents will be assessed prior to move-in and regularly thereafter, to determine which level of care is needed. Additional charges apply based on the Personal Care Services provided. Azalea Gardens is dedicated to providing the highest quality-of-life for our residents through a focus on the social, psychological, spiritual, and physical well-being of every individual.
