Our walk-in office is next door and is open for walk-ins from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. We are closed daily from noon until 2:00 pm for internal purposes. Walk-In patients are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.

W. Scott Bohlke, MD owns and manages Bohler Family Practice. He is a board-certified Family Practice Physician. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia, medical education at the Medical College of Georgia, and his medical residency in Columbus, Georgia.

At Bohler Family Practice, we offer physical exams for all ages, including wellness exams for babies, children, adults, women’s health, and men’s health. In addition, we provide sports physicals, hearing testing, asthma testing, cholesterol testing, stress testing. We even perform small surgical procedures such as removing moles and simple skin cancers.

From x-rays to ultrasounds, stress tests to bone density tests, we complete all testing on-site so you don’t have to make any extra trip.
