As a homecare agency owner, I’ve thought about how to satisfy my clients, my employees, myself. I’ve thought about the money coming in, the money going out, I’ve thought about my business growing, I’ve thought about the happiness I feel whenever a client chooses us to provide services to them. But not in a million years did I think about how I would feel if and when a client passes way😔. The news hurt my heart so much.
And I know they’re older and some of them are ill but I always see them as if they have decades ahead of them, as if they will live for a very very very long time. They are so nice and fun that it feels like it’s unfair.

Don’t just send your employees to clients homes and stop there. You should call your clients to ask them if they’re satisfied with how your employees are providing services to them. Also ask your employees if everything is going well with their clients.
As a business owner you have to make sure that all parties involved in your company are satisfied. You’ll be surprised to see how much growth that can bring to your business!

After a client no longer need your services, try to still keep in touch. Because, a check up email or phone call here and there can go a long way.
Ex clients have friends and family members they can refer to you or they may need services again.

You need to market your business if you want to see results. Don’t be scared, go out there and let people know about your business. You’d be surprised to see how quickly you can get clients.

Whenever you’re feeling discouraged, unmotivated, tired, and ready to give up. Just take a step back, relax and remember why you started in the first place. Having a business is hard so it’s okay to feel down sometimes but it’s not impossible so no matter how hard it gets you can do it!
