Someone just generously donated a Watsu session, and I'm so grateful - this has been a dream of mine, to make this healing work accessible to those who need it most, regardless of finances.
If you're going through a challenging time and could use some gentle aquatic bodywork and nurturing support but wouldn't be able to afford a session on your own, this is for you.

A moment of practice with Molly Gawler, .music and

I'm sharing several original songs that I've never performed in public before, so grateful to this crew for making the process not only not scary, but rich joyful, what a dream band!

We'll be playing this coming Wednesday, 9/24, if the weather is good we'll be outside around a fire, come at 6 or 7 to be nourished by the by-donation community dinner , and stay for music at 8 (also by donation)!

It's going to be a great night, I'd love to share it with you 🌛

We're welcoming all somatically oriented humans to this Underscore. This is a practice of coming home to yourself through movement, in a space that honors the full spectrum of human expression and experience.
