To Our Patients,

Two and a half years ago I was privileged to be offered a position to work along-side Dr. Yuko McColgan here at Yuko Family Medicine, and in that time I have been fortunate to have been able to meet and care for many of you. It is with mixed emotions that I announce I will be leaving the practice this Summer.

In July 2021 I will be relocating to Seattle, Washington with my fiancé as she has accepted a job headquartered there. While it is an exciting new step in my life to explore this beautiful part of
the country, the excitement is tempered with sadness to be leaving the practice. It has been an incredible experience to work with Dr. Yuko and to treat you and your families. I thank you for trusting me with caring for you and your loved ones, and I say with certainty that many of you have made a lasting positive impact on me.

My hope is that each of you will continue to care for yourselves in a proactive way and to maintain healthy habits so that you may experience life to its fullest. I wish you and your families health and happiness into the future, and I will truly miss Yuko Family Medicine.

Sincerely,
Matthew Alexander DiNoto

Beginning Monday, February 1, the state is moving into Phase 2 of vaccine distribution, which places those over age 75 at the top of the list. Next on the list are those over age 65 as well as those with 2-plus comorbidities. The 65-plus individuals had been lower on the Phase 2 list but Governor Baker announced they were being moved up to align with federal directives to focus on getting the vaccine to “senior” populations. Also included in Phase 2 are all pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy interns.

To our patients. We do NOT have any definitive start date yet for the next phase of vaccines. We are still in Phase 1 - clinical staffers and first responders. It has NOT been determined by the state WHERE, WHEN and HOW folks in Phase 2 can get their shots. Our office will NOT be administering Phase 2 vaccines. If and when we get more information we will post our findings online.
