NEW (Gentle) Class! - Fridays 10:30-11:30a
January 8 - February 26, 2020
Fridays, 10:30-11:30 am
$10 per class / $75 for 8 sessions
Annie is offering a gentle approach to movement for bodies who are new to yoga, or in a stiff situation and want to take care not to incur injury.
This would be suitable for anyone who has been living a sedentary life, is recovering from injury, or just wants a slow, smooth ramping up into activity.
Much of the class will be conducted from the chair with some standing, and occasional floor work as is possible.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Join Annie Hoffman for "Living Gratitude," her annual Thanksgiving Day yoga class from 8-9:30 am. Annie has led yoga class on Thanksgiving for the past 26 years and at Inner Space since 2013. It is a sacred way to begin the day in ritual and align to the deepest place of gratitude for life itself. There will be a sharing of some kind between practitioners as well as a vigorous practice before sitting down to a big meal. We will honor the holy in nature..
