Pay attention to how you feel throughout the day. Long-term exposure to unmanaged stress can impact your physical and mental health.

2. Write It Down ✍️: Identify and record stressful situations. Keep a journal to track your stress triggers and reactions.

Ask yourself: How did this make me feel? What was my reaction? How can I find solutions to this stressor?.
