Hope's Residence Hope’s Residence was founded by Esther Hammer, RN, in 2009.

After her father died in a nursing home in 2005, Esther realized that he may have lived longer had he been given more personalized care in a family-like setting. Hope's Residence accepts the following payments: Private Pay, Elderly Waiver, CADI Waiver and Long Term Care Insurance.
