It’s official — I’m proud to announce that H**P THYSELF is now a federally recognized trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) — Serial No. 98269670. 🙌🏽

This milestone establishes H**p Thyself as a distinct and protected wellness brand under federal law, covering both our skincare innovations and wellness-infused products — all derived from CBD h**p and compliant with federal THC standards (≤ 0.3%).

This means my brand — and everything it stands for — is being protected as I continue to grow my line of wellness products made with love, integrity, and h**p-derived ingredients.

From herbal teas and pepper sauces to face serums, handmade soaps and body oils — my mission stays the same:

I’m happy to announce that Vital Shoppe & Ital Kitchen has given shelf space to H**pThyself.com, now carrying all five of my CBD products! This partnership means so much, and it’s incredible to work with a business that aligns with my mission to promote health and wellness in our communities. A huge THANK YOU to Chef Michael and his team for supporting my vision and helping H**pThyself reach more people with products that encourage mindfulness, wellness, and vitality.

I’d especially like to share some heartfelt appreciation for Ital Kitchen BK at 1032 Union St. in Brooklyn, a true gem in Crown Heights! Chef Michael Gordon has created a space that’s all about nourishing the body and soul with vibrant, ital (vital) food rooted in Rastafarian tradition.
