Spring has sprung! Before we get hit with another cold front in NYC, I think this is the perfect time to talk about exercise and how it can impact PCOS.
For those with a PCOS diagnosis, exercise is not just about fitness, weight, or how you look. It can positively impact so many aspects of your health — as long as you stay consistent.
