💊We would like to remind you that QLS offers both COVID-19 and COVID-19 antibody testing for walk in patients. A physicians referral is required. We also ask that you bring with you a state or government issued photo ID and your insurance card. Additional payment options are available for your convenience if you are unable to get a referral. We are open Monday through Friday from 9AM to 4PM. No appointment is necessary. We ask you to keep social distance for your safety and the safety of our employees. Most insurance accepted. We hope that you are staying safe and look forward to seeing you soon!
