Power. Beauty. Light.

That’s what I see when I look at this picture. I see a power and a light inside of me that I’ve never seen before. I have never felt more beautiful than I do now! I have struggled with body image and disordered eating most of my life and this experience has been so healing that I’ve been able to slowly let go and embrace me! This process has truly been transformative!

My quietness and stillness was intentional and purposeful. Social media tends to breed performative aspects of life especially pregnancy and motherhood. The sacredness of these 9 months deserve so much more intention than what we often see.

I can’t wait to share more about this journey with you in the right time! From my Hypnobirthing preparations with to my choice in midwife and doula, to the birthing plan, to how we are preparing as a couple, and even down to my daily regimen. But for now I’m going to soak in this power as I prepare for the most amazing experience on earth.

Birth partners WANT to help but they don’t know HOW. I don’t blame them!

👉LEARN about what hospital staff might offer & what your birth PREFERENCES are.
👉OFFER mama coconut water, bone broth, smoothies & other drinks (she might forget but needs to stay hydrated & energized)🧡

Until age 7, they are in an altered state of consciousness similar to hypnosis. Meaning they are extremely suggestible.
It is believed that even in the womb, baby is listening and receiving important messages about the world and him/herself!
