When the ATS Leadership Team first met, we were just a group of directors passionate about ATS, our therapy disciplines, and our amazing facility teams — strangers connected through virtual meetings and annual Directors’ Conferences. But over time, those connections grew into friendships that mean so much more.

We’ve gone from coworkers to daily texters, from supporting each other at work to cheering each other on in life. We check in on each other’s families, celebrate milestones, and even vacation together!
