The Deeper the Practice
The Bigger the Joy

This past year has been a journey. A journey down the path of reflection, transformation and yes manifestations.

🛬Costa Rica to NYC
🌅Sunsets to 🚊subways
🌺Nature to 🏙️concrete jungle
👥Small community to a city the size of some countries
🦜Sounds of howler monkeys and parakeets to 🚨sirens and horns screeching

I miss the natural sounds of Mother Earth AND I am embracing the creative community here in NYC.
The yoga community is like a moving work of art - collective breathing and movement in a warm and safe place is the stuff my dreams are made of.

I’m so looking forward to creating more space of serenity and peace, love and acceptance, and belonging.

This morning I was a privilege to subbed a 7 AM yoga flow class .

Fun fact: I am not a morning person; but if I am waking up before sunrise it must be for a good reasons. I prefer cozy and warm and not the hawk like wind the greeted me when I opened my front door.

But I digress…Despite the early hour and Old Man Jack Frost 🥶 nipping at my nose and toes, I felt honored to hold space with some beautiful souls. We connected, breathed and lived in our true essence. A time was had - at 7.00 AM.

Bonus… Today i received the gift of meeting Miles ( , pictured above), who proudly speaks like a Black Brit, claimed three countries in Africa AND calls Brooklyn NY home - for now. Miles, thank you for being you.
