FOUR years of EBB&LOWE 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♂️

and I cannot thank you all enough for constantly supporting, connecting & flowing.

This up coming year I am planning to focus more on events, in person flows, and keeping our weekly virtual flows.

This anniversary I have been told by 3 yogis that they are getting their teacher training this year and that is incredible!

The goal is to inspire, to connect, to heal, to grow all together in a safe space.

New beginnings can be scary. But are necessary for growth✨ imagine we can continue to grow as much as the redwood trees, expanding knowledge, life experiences, and wellness. To grow we need to feed ourselves not only with nutritious foods but nutritious thoughts as well. We need to drink water, swim in water, and bathe in the ocean/lakes/hot springs. We need to be free to explore the mind body and soul together and as one 🌳 let’s celebrate new beginnings this week together 🦋

Stillness is something that is more than a challenge for me at times. Have you ever actually sat in savasana in stillness for two whole minutes?

It took me years to do this. Years to allow this stillness in my mind and body all at once. Even know stillness in postures that challenge your body and mind.

Let’s practice stillness together this week!

finding your calm within the chaos of life can be quite challenging when you find yourself overwhelmed ✨ this week commit to some extra chill time- find the calm within your mind and body. Maybe that’s on the mat, within meditation, long shower, self care or whatever calms you entirely🤍

Yogis!! We made it to step two of the dream🙌🏼 in person pop ups are cultivating~ playlists are in progress~ intentions are manifesting🦋

It is a dream to announce the first in person POP UP VinYAS class in NYC. Close to union square where various people can easily commute we meet together, live, to flow breath to movement for the first time as Ebb&Lowe in the city.

As we venture more toward in person classes here and dream step three (to own a physical space) I look forward to checking out what each pop up environment has to offer. I am most excited to connect with you, learn from you, and create an expansive safe environment 🪩🕺

happy d e c e m b e r 1. Although I am not a winter person, and I’m always cold I do love december. It’s my birthday month, a time full of light and joy, my mamas birthday month & my nieces birthday month. I always enter december with fresh eyes, ready to anticipate what next year has to offer. This December is jam packed with holiday parties, birthdays, weddings, and visits home. Let’s settle in together as we take a ride through the holidays and ease our minds on our mat🤍 I’ll catch you on the other side of the screen this month ~ as early as Saturday morning 🧘🏼‍♀️
