Here’s the essential checklist to keep your treatment safe, comfortable, and effective ↓

1️⃣ Health & Medications
✔ Tell us about any sinus, ear, lung issues or recent surgeries
✔ Share your full medication list
✘ If you’re sick (cold, congestion), please reschedule

2️⃣ Food & Drinks
✔ Eat a light meal 1–2 hours before
✘ No alcohol, caffeine, or carbonated drinks
✔ Stay hydrated

3️⃣ What to Wear
✔ Clean 100% cotton clothing
✘ No synthetic fabrics
✘ No lotions, oils, perfumes, deodorant, or makeup
✔ Remove jewelry & metal items

4️⃣ No Smoking or Vaping
✘ Avoid 2 hours before and 2 hours after
(Nicotine lowers oxygen levels and reduces effectiveness)

5️⃣ What NOT to Bring Into the Chamber
✘ Phones & electronics
✘ Batteries
✘ Metal objects
✘ Gels, creams, sprays, flammable products

6️⃣ During the Session
You may feel light ear pressure — just like on an airplane.
You can relax, breathe, and enjoy Netflix or music inside the chamber.
Our team stays with you the entire time.

Mild tiredness or ear pressure is normal and passes quickly.
Drink water and avoid intense exercise right away.
