Omni is a university affiliated outreach program providing expert physical and occupational therapy, speech therapy, audiology, and hearing aid services. Our highly skilled therapists are all New York State licensed and dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of our clients who range in age from infants through seniors.

One thing I love to do is pair a sensory bin with interactive books! It definitely makes matching vocabulary cards more exciting and keeps my busy learners engaged! Research shows that multiple exposures ensure that students are learning new vocabulary and that’s why these interactive sets are so valuable. Job Duties:
• Works directly with audiologist.
• Submits audio billing to the billing agency (MD Solutions) after reviewing patients’ charts
• Verifies benefits for hearing aids by contacting insurance companies
• Obtains authorizations for audio patients, if needed
• Completes Medicaid patients’ billing in ePACES
• Helps with booking audio appointments, adult PT appointments
• Helps with answering phones 😀

Omni Rehab is looking to hire a Scheduling Coordinator for our Brooklyn Clinic!

The right candidate is responsible to create clinic schedules based upon patient/student/family need, parental/caregiver requests and clinician availability/areas of treatment interest/expertise. Works with the OT, PT and ST supervisors, as appropriate, on the creation of clinic caseloads. Indirectly monitors the ongoing provision of services by clinic therapists to ensure that scheduling changes/needs are addressed in a timely manner. Responsible to work with Insurance/Billing company to request and secure required authorizations and scripts necessary for the provision of therapy services, by clinic therapists, in accordance with DOE and insurance regulations. Completes all clerical and administrative duties associated with the scheduling protocol.
