After the holidays, after the closeness, after the noise,
attention becomes a form of self care.

Attention to the body.
Attention to the breath.
Attention to what is asking to soften and settle.

This community Reiki gathering is an invitation to offer that kind of generosity to yourself.

A space to receive, to recalibrate, to come back into the body with gentleness.

Join us December 29, from 4-8 PM on Zoom for a moment to come back to yourself after the business.

We've been speaking about leadership, the qualities and characteristics that we see playing the largest roles in the ecology of collective power structures. created this framework as a way to witness patterns in leadership and liberatory practices we've seen before. We hope it functions as a guidepost, a constellation to reference and utilize 🙏

Our CORE leadership program launched in January. We are welcoming those who are ready to make real change; who are looking to learn in community; and those who are experienced practitioners already, or those who are lacking the spiritual training necessary to become the best version of themselves!

Leadership isn’t a title. It’s a practice.

Join us—and be part of a living network of people who are shaping a future rooted in consciousness, equity, and collective wellbeing!

Join Aki for this beautiful end of year, ceremony in Brooklyn !

As the year turns, we gather in person to honor what has passed, release what no longer serves, and step into 2026 with spaciousness to expand into our aligned expression.

This ceremony is a devotional practice of reflection, ritual, and energetic cleansing through the Curanderismo healing art of Rose Limpia, taught by Maestras Rita Navarette Perez and Antonia Gonzalez. At the heart of this year’s gathering lies the Sevenfold Blessing, drawn from the teachings shared by Mary Magdalene and fused with the medicine of the Blessings written in the Dead Sea Scrolls. I do not identify as Christian, and this is not a Christian practice—but I hold these teachings as a liberatory framework, offering insight from spiritual, feminist, and decolonial perspectives. Once distorted as the “seven deadly sins” by the Roman Church, part of a broader patriarchal and colonial structure, this teaching is reclaimed here as tools for awareness, growth, and embodiment, helping us honor every part of our human experience—joy, grief, challenge, and triumph—as blessings along our path of transmutation.

The rose is our medicine: petals that sweep the heart, thorns that remind us of resilience and necessary offerings, fragrance that calls us into deeper devotion. Blessings serve as the lubricant of the spirit, softening the grip of fear and shame, integrating our experiences, and allowing the sweetness of life to flow through body and psyche.

Together, we will:

*Engage in Rose Limpia, a ritual for clearing, grounding, and renewal.

*Explore the Sevenfold Blessing as a tool for expansive awareness, transforming the powers of ego into teachers and allies in daily life.

*Reflect on the past year, release what no longer serves, and set intentions for the year ahead.

*Create a community altar to honor the passing year and memorialize experiences.

*Engage with oracle cards for deeper reflection and psychic investigation.

*Hold space for ritual offerings, meditation, and heart-centered devotion, leaving nourished, fortified, and inspired.

Spirituality reveals our shared humanity — the living awareness of interconnection that makes empathy possible. It grounds us in something larger than individual success, reminding us that every choice ripples outward. When we act from this awareness, leadership becomes not an act of control, but of alignment — a practice of belonging to the whole.

C.O.R.E. is structured around three cycles that repeat and deepen throughout the 15 months — Resource, Integrate, and Apply.

These cycles form the rhythm of transformation: steady, embodied, and alive.

Resource — Students receive recorded lectures, readings, and resources to ground in key frameworks and historical context. This phase builds both intellectual and emotional foundation.

Integrate — Live sessions focus on dialogue, reflection, and practice. Here, participants metabolize learning through somatic awareness, peer conversation, and community connection.

Apply — Students translate insight into lived experience through their work, relationships, and creative projects — building the skill of applying equity and spiritual intelligence in real-world systems.

This cyclical model honors the ecology of transformation — where understanding must be nourished, digested, and embodied before it can regenerate as action.

It’s not just a curriculum; it’s a living ecosystem of practice. Click the link in our bio for more information on how to join us on this journey 🌿

*EXCHANGE: $75-$125 Suggested Sliding Scale

*This event is taking place in-person in LA from 2pm-5pm PST.

Here we are, approaching the close of 2025.

In many traditions, this shift marks the movement from Snake energy into Horse energy — from the slow, shedding release of what no longer fits, into the steady gathering of strength, direction, and forward motion. The Snake teaches us to focus on the internal work of letting the old skin fall away; the Horse invites us to step into momentum gathered from the respite with clearer footing and a lighter heart. It’s been an unpredictable, stretching kind of year for many, especially for those holding families, clients, and communities. Even with moments of celebration and togetherness, a quiet truth tends to surface: the body and mind sometimes need a dedicated space to release the weight we’ve been carrying.

This gathering is designed for people who are curious about healing work but may feel hesitant, unsure, or simply new to it. The atmosphere will be grounded, warm, and accessible—no pressure to know anything, believe anything, or perform in any way. Just a space to exhale.
