We’re currently inviting interest in a shared, member-run retail co-op for the ground-level storefront at GSHP, opening March 1, 2026.


This is an opportunity for aligned makers, healers, and well-being-adjacent brands who feel excited about a collective retail model - where visibility, care, and stewardship are shared, and where growth happens in community rather than isolation.

The storefront sits at the main entrance of GSHP, offering:

• A beautiful, affordable storefront presence
• Daily foot traffic + neighborhood visibility
• Direct connection to our community of practitioners, clients, and neighbors

✨ About the co-op model & member benefits:

• Shared stewardship of the space and collective care of the storefront
• Built-in network of practitioners, clients, and neighbors supporting your work
• Cross-pollination with aligned practitioners and creators

GSHP functions as a living incubator - members support the space, and the space supports members as they grow their practices and businesses.

Our storefront sits right at our main entrance, offering beautiful visibility, daily foot traffic, and direct access to our growing community of practitioners, clients, and neighbors.

We’re welcoming two aligned possibilities:

A Sole Retail Occupant
An opportunity for one brand to steward the storefront as its own home base within GSHP - benefiting from strong street presence, built-in community engagement, and alignment with our values-driven ecosystem.

A Shared, Member-Run Retail Co-Op
For community members interested in a collective retail model, where visibility, care, and collaboration are shared - and where growth happens in community, not in isolation.

This co-op offers a collective retail ecosystem, where your work is supported by a built-in network of practitioners, clients, and neighbors, and where stewardship and presence are shared.

What this space offers:

Grand Street Healing Project is a space for practitioners, hosts and leaders to provide their services and organize events. We came together because of our own desire for shared space and to work collectively, and have since made it our mission to provide affordable space that is also beautiful to our community.
