Women’s History Month – Honoring Strength & Resilience

This Women’s History Month, we honor the strength, resilience, and courage of women — past and present — who continue to shape our communities and inspire change. 💜

At ACI, we see every day how powerful women are.
Women who choose recovery.
Women who support their families.
Women who lead with compassion.
Women who rise after hardship and rewrite their stories.

History is not only written in textbooks — it’s written in moments of bravery, growth, and healing.

This month, we celebrate the women who paved the way, and the women who continue to choose hope, healing, and progress every single day.

Tag a woman who inspires you or share one word that represents the strength of women in your life.

Healing doesn’t always happen in words — sometimes it happens in color, in quiet moments, and in shared creativity. During our Paint & Chill session, patients had the opportunity to slow down, express themselves freely, and connect through art.

Creativity can be powerful medicine. It allows space to decompress, reflect, and rediscover joy in the process. Each brushstroke was a reminder that healing is personal, expressive, and yes — it can even be fun.

At ACI, we believe recovery includes moments of creativity, connection, and self-expression. 💙

On Presidents' Day, we reflect on leadership rooted in service, integrity, and responsibility.

At ACI, leadership means showing up for our community, advocating for access to care, and supporting individuals on their path to recovery—every single day.

Wishing everyone a meaningful Presidents' Day. 🇺🇸

This Valentine’s Day, We Celebrate Love in All Its Forms ❤️💙

At ACI, love isn’t just about flowers and cards — it’s about compassion, patience, forgiveness, and showing up for one another.

It’s the courage to love yourself enough to choose healing.
It’s the strength to rebuild trust.
It’s the support of a team that stands beside you every step of the way.

Recovery is an act of love — for your future, your family, and yourself.

Today, we’re grateful for the care our staff gives, the commitment our clients show, and the community that reminds us none of us walk this journey alone.

Wishing our entire ACI family a Valentine’s Day filled with hope, connection, and kindness. 💕

Black History Month ✨🖤

This month, we honor the strength, resilience, and contributions of Black individuals and communities — past, present, and future. At ACI, we recognize that healing, recovery, and equity are deeply connected, and that understanding history helps us create more compassionate and inclusive spaces for care.

We are grateful for the Black leaders, clinicians, advocates, and community members who have shaped healthcare, mental health, and substance use treatment through courage, innovation, and commitment. This month — and every month — we remain dedicated to listening, learning, and uplifting voices that deserve to be seen, heard, and supported.

Together, we move forward with respect, reflection, and purpose. 💙

💙 Through Every Storm, Our Team Shows Up 💙

No matter the weather, our ACI staff continues to show up with dedication, compassion, and heart. During challenging conditions, our diverse team of clinicians, counselors, nurses, support staff, and leadership came together to ensure that care, safety, and support never wavered for the individuals we serve.

Your commitment goes beyond schedules and circumstances — it reflects a shared belief that recovery deserves consistency, dignity, and presence. Thank you for standing strong for our patients, for one another, and for the mission we carry forward together.

We are deeply grateful for every role, every background, and every person who makes ACI a place of healing — even on the toughest days. 💫

As we step into 2026, these vision boards reflect the dedication and intention of our outpatients who continue to show up for themselves each day. Through our Vision Board workshop, outpatients took time to reflect, set goals, and visualize the life they are actively working toward — all while balancing treatment, counseling, therapy, and daily responsibilities.

Outpatient care is built on commitment: coming into the facility, engaging in meaningful activities, connecting with counselors, and choosing growth even on hard days. These boards are a powerful reminder that recovery doesn’t pause outside our walls — it continues through consistency, effort, and self-belief.

We’re proud of the work our outpatient community is doing and honored to support them as they move into a new year with purpose, hope, and momentum. 💙

This month, we recognize the strength it takes to seek help—and the power of treatment to change lives.

Substance use disorder is not a failure or a weakness. It’s a medical condition, and with compassionate, evidence-based care, recovery is possible. Treatment opens the door to healing, stability, and hope—one step, one day, one choice at a time.

At ACI, we are proud to stand beside individuals and families on their recovery journey. We believe in meeting people where they are, honoring their stories, and providing the support and care they deserve.

If you or someone you love is struggling, know this: help is available, recovery is real, and you don’t have to walk this path alone.

💙 Together, we heal.

Diving into 2026 🧭✨

The past days brought our leadership team together for our annual retreat—together with our CEO and our executive coach, Mordechai Klein, LCSW-R—to reflect on how far we’ve come, celebrate the growth we’ve earned, and intentionally plan for where we’re headed next.

We looked back at a year of progress, resilience, and impact—and then shifted our focus forward. The conversations weren’t just about 2026, but about the bigger vision ahead and the meaningful work required to get there.

It was a space for strategy, alignment, and honest dialogue—and also for celebrating the hard work that continues to move ACI forward. Grounded in purpose, fueled by collaboration, and committed to building a stronger future for the people and communities we serve.

Here’s to growth, clarity, and goals ahead. 💙

Check-in time. 💙

Recovery is full of ups, downs, and everything in between — and that’s okay.
If you could describe how you feel today in just one word, what would it be?

🌟 Employee of the Month — December 🌟
Loni Reid | Phlebotomist

Some team members make an impact far beyond their role — through compassion, presence, and heart. Loni Reid is a beautiful example of this.

As one of the first faces our patients see, Loni brings ACI’s Patient-First values to life every day. Her empathy, respect, and calming presence help create a sense of safety during moments that can feel overwhelming. She also exemplifies what it means to be a true team player — always offering encouragement, support, and kindness to those around her.

Loni’s dedication reminds our patients that they are never alone and shows our team what PATH in action truly looks like.

We are proud to recognize Loni as our December Employee of the Month and grateful for the care, strength, and humanity she brings to ACI each day. 💙✨
