We just love the way our Sculpt classes sneakily build the strength to make our yoga feel more like a dance. The way we’re caught by pleasant surprise when a floating warrior 3 suddenly feels more like a graceful bird in motion and less like a crashing airplane. The way we pop into a headstand when we’re least expecting it and wonder why it ever felt impossible.
We have our 3 lovely Sculpt teachers to thank for keeping us toned and strong every morning of the work week. Catch Lexie on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:15-8:00 AM. You’ll find her warm and upbeat personality an extra dose of morning sunshine, and you’re sure to start your day from a more invigorated place. Get to know her below! 📷
