Dextenza (dexamethasone ophthalmic insert) - from Ocular therapeutix - is visible as a greenish hue in the canaliculus via cobalt blue light at 1 week post-op in the right eye, and 3 weeks post-op in the left eye.

It provides a topical steroid taper for post-operative care after ocular surgery and has alleviated the need for topical steroid drops after cataract surgery for most of my patients.
