🩼 How to Use a Walker Correctly
Setting up your walker at the right height is the key to safety and comfort! If it’s too high or too low, you’ll end up with back pain or lose your balance.

Follow these 3 steps for the perfect fit:

1️⃣The Wrist Rule: Stand straight inside the walker and let your arms hang naturally. The handles should be exactly at the level of your wrist creases.

2️⃣The Elbow Bend: When you grab the handles, your elbows should have a slight bend (about 20-30 degrees). This gives you the best leverage.

3️⃣The Step-In: Never walk behind the walker. Step into the frame so your hips stay aligned with the back legs of the device.
