Join us this Spring!🌼 🌷 Catskills Yoga Retreat 🌷🌼

April 24 - 26 // early bird pricing through 2/14!

We will move, we will play, we will dine, we will rest, all just 2 hours away from NYC in a picturesque wellness retreat setting. Come solo or bring a friend and leave the rest to us 🌻

This 3-day, 2 night immersive retreat will take place at Groundworks, a beautiful retreat center in the Catskills. For those craving rest, depth and a reset after the winter months, this one is for you!

Our spring retreat offers exploration in movement, yoga, meditation, time to enjoy nature as well as wellness amenities for full body recovery. Guests will enjoy farm-to-table nourishing meals, access to the hot tub, sauna, fire pit and nature trails.
