We want to take real time to acknowledge our in-house Platinum Team before the new year begins, because this company does not move an inch without you all.

What people see on the outside is growth, partnerships, and momentum. What they don’t always see is the discipline, pressure, long hours, problem-solving, and labor happening every single day behind the scenes. The aides, nurses, and in-house team members all carry that weight with consistency and diligence.

You show up for our caregivers, for our patients, and for each other, even when it’s demanding, even when it’s thankless, even when the stakes are high. You protect the culture, the standards, and the reputation of Platinum in ways that cannot be outsourced or replaced.

More than anything, you operate like a unit and it’s the reason Platinum continues to stand strong.

Platinum doesn’t take your loyalty, your effort, or belief in this company for granted. Platinum is stronger because of you, and we are deeply grateful to work alongside you.

Christmas,

A day about warmth, generosity, and a reminder to sometimes slow down while we are with our loved ones. It is a day that reminds us to check in on one another, and appreciate the people who make our lives fuller- at work and at home.

While many are gathered around the table, our caregivers are in homes across the city, bringing comfort, dignity, and care to those who need it most. That commitment is so appreciated by us, and we want to recognize it this Christmas.

To our caregivers, nurses, care managers, and support teams: thank you for choosing this work and for doing it with integrity and heart. To the families who welcome us into their homes, we’re honored by your trust.
