BRB… I’m trying to calm the f*ck down and be in the moment.

Which, this weekend, looks like watching my toddler p*e on the floor and sprinting him to the potty like it’s an Olympic event. 🏃‍♀️🚽✨

We all have a story.

Last year Life had me in a chokehold.
Hubs lost his job. My biz went from a record-breaking $50k month where it was quickly followed by some seriously intense, self sabotage. My nervous system couldn’t handle making that kind of money. I never had done it before and it felt unsafe.

And because of this I let self-doubt take over, and every time I caught a glimpse of my post-pregnancy body in the mirror, that little voice told me why I wasn’t good enough.
