I am a graduated of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine with a training in various Massage modalities. A license massage therapy of New York. I specialize in relaxation/ swedish,
thia yoga, shiatsu, sport massage, tui na, deep tissue and trigger point. Working on a deep conscious level by sensing individual needs, making connection to provide a lasting therapeutic massage. Estrogen can spike and dip, progesterone gradually declines as ovulation becomes irregular, and brain signals (FSH/LH) rise to nudge the ovaries; these shifts can show up as hot flashes, sleep changes, mood swings, headaches, and cycle changes. Your body works hard during your cycle—gentle care helps ease cramps, calm the nervous system, and reduce fatigue.

Try these three supportive practices

Keep warmth on the abdomen or lower back; choose warm drinks to relax uterine muscle tone.

Move in a way that feels good: light yoga, stretching, or an easy walk can reduce prostaglandin‑related cramps and stiffness.

Use acupressure points: LI4 (between thumb and index finger) and SP6 (above the inner ankle) may ease cramps and tension when pressed for 60–90 seconds on each side.

When to seek more support
If cramps, heavy flow, or migraines regularly disrupt your life, acupuncture or acupressure‑style massage can complement your clinician’s plan and help manage symptoms over a series of sessions.
