Massage therapy gives me the opportunity to give and receive healing. I believe in balancing activity and rest to allow the body time to heal. I am a graduated of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine with a training in various Massage modalities. A license massage therapy of New York. I specialize in relaxation/ swedish,
thia yoga, shiatsu, sport massage, tui na, deep tissue and trigger point. Working on a deep conscious level by sensing individual needs, making connection to provide a lasting therapeutic massage.
