We got a flower from our sweet plant on the desk at Jaya East a day before the new moon 🌑 so we are feeling lucky over here.

Two days in a row you can see the thaw is real on the side of the studio.

Some creative use of a tissue box for a prop. And two down dogs taken during class to help these wonderful students see themselves.🙏🏽

We hope you are enjoying this week. Beginning of the Chinese New Year and Lent!🙏🏽

Wonderful weekend in the neighborhood! We are running full steam ahead with all regularly scheduled classes thanks to our fabulous stellar cast of teachers!🏆

BASICS with Teri starts up today! You can drop in on any session.❤️.

Child and Grownup classes with Greta are on hiatus until 2/28 so mark your calendar and we will see you then!🥰

Coffee club is going strong. Our cross generational bonds are endlessly engaging, we have so much to learn from each other!😊

Let's get ourselves over to the studios today and onto our mats. When we practice together it is a whole different experience than in isolation. Come say hi to each other, sip a cup of warm tea, share space, be together. Our togetherness is an antidote to dysregulation! That's part of how co-regulation works, togetherness. So come let's practice with each other with our beloved teachers in our cared for spaces.

Things get started at 8:30 am with our (free) morning meditation at Jaya East. Guidance will be given as needed.🙏🏽

Special events coming include:
Living Yoga Series, a mentored series of workshops to help you in your practice with Carla. Once a month from February- May.

BASICS Series with Teri. Once a week for 3 weeks.

Kids and Grown up Yoga with Greta. Once a week! Today at 11 am at East🥰

Well, we have had an eventful few days with the storm and now at Jaya Church a leak through the studio ceiling. Classes are still scheduled at Jaya Church today. When you arrive you will find this set up catching the still active leak. 🙏🏽

The first class today at Church startsat 8 am with Marissa. If anything changes we will post on the schedule page of our website.🙏🏽

We look forward to practicing with you under any conditions.🙏🏽

First classes of the day at Jaya East at 8:30 am meditation and 9 am all levels.🙏🏽

Thank you for your patience and kind understanding as we do everything in our power, along with some very skilled roofers and plumbers, to resolve this issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.🙏🏽

We (at Jaya) do not let a little snow ❄️interfere with the necessity of getting together to practice!🙏🏽

4 pm Yogalates with Marissa (also hybrid)❄️
5:30 pm Gentle Restorative with Carla ❄️

12 (ish) pm JAYA2025 Graduation ceremony which includes community Kirtan! 🎓

1:15 pm Sweets and Treats Prasad to share with each other. We have lots of people baking enough to share so come. Bake something if you the spirit moves you. We have tea and coffee at the studio! 🎂🍰🍪🧁🍬

2-3pm Dance Party - bring the littles! 💃🕺🪩

A full day of yoga for the yogis in the neighborhood! Highlighting our JAYA2025 TT Grads Community Classes as Lindsay and Bobbie teach their final classes today at Jaya Church 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm - come on over and show your support for these wonderful people in our community!🙏🏽
