Baby it's HOT outside! Remember, that exclusively breastfed babies (not started solids yet) don't need extra water to keep well hydrated, but they may need more frequent feeds. Babies do nurse for thirst! How do you keep your little one cool on these hot, muggy days?

The formula shortage and recall is very concerning for families who feed their babies formula. Everyone deserves to have access to safe food to feed their children.
Here’s some helpful information to find an alternative to the recalled formula. As always, safe formula preparation is key. Follow the WHO Protocol as described here:

We’ve been in a CRISIS for years now Black women are dying 243% more than white women from pregnancy complications. This is not because black women are poor, uneducated, or irresponsible. It’s because their lives aren’t a priority in the medical industrial birth complex.

Black women are literally bleeding out, having infections, experiencing heart complications IN THE HOSPITAL and not receiving treatment.

It’s not just in the streets, black people are facing issues in all facets of life and there’s no one coming to save us. We gotta save us.
