👉When we moralize food, we tie our worth to what we eat, feel shame around normal eating, and swing between restriction and over eating.
Salad =. I’m goid
Cookie = I’m bad
but food has nutrients, not morals
👉Being “good” all day often backfires. Many of us skip meals, eat “clean”, and push through hunger.
But by night your body is underfed, you’re emotionally, exhausted, and the binge cycle starts. The issue isn’t willpower. It’s restriction plus labeling.
