IAI Ba Gua Seminar In NYC

Internal Arts International students and instructors came together this past Sunday for an enjoyable and informative Ba Gua workshop that focused on Ba Gua Stepping patterns and Ba Gua Fixed Palms (Ding Shi) and their practical application in entering and throwing. Instructors also practiced the 108 Cane form and Li Zi Ming's Changing Palm Form. It was a lot of fun! A big thank you to the instructors who helped organize the event.
