This will be an unforgettable evening of movement and intention-setting under the energy of the New Moon. Guided by the soulful and grounding presence of Xian Porter, this open-level Vinyasa flow will take place on our serene rooftop terrace as the sun melts into the horizon.

💫 Our Mind Body Spirit Space Retreat was a weekend we will never forget!
Upstate, the rain danced with us.
It softened the earth, quieted the noise, and deepened every healing moment.
We bathed in sound, released wishes into the night sky by floating lanterns, and gathered by bonfires with hearts wide open. Massages unraveled the tension. Reiki cracked open what was already ready to be released. Crystals whispered. The cacao warmed our souls.
