Soul Work is the only woman founded, metaphysical wellness space that integrates yoga, movement, and sacred ritual to support seekers in embodying their full power at every stage of life. Soulwork Studio engages in the practice of exploring the depths of your soul by exercising your mind, body, and spirit. In group classes and individual sessions, we use a self-study practice that merges yoga, flower essences, metaphysical ministry, intuitive readings, and art to build a means to personal growth. You’ll be in a beautiful space with brightly painted walls and a loving atmosphere that’ll encourage you to feel at ease and be free. Through a series of powerful sessions, you’ll clear obstacles and confusion in your life and align, amplify, and attune yourself to the inner workings of your soul.

Since 2016, Soul Work Studio has held sacred space in Saratoga Park, offering movement, breath, and healing in the open air — long before “yoga in the park” became a trend.

These sessions are more than classes. They’re community rituals. They’re how we breathe together, remember our power, and root wellness in the soil of the neighborhood.
