🔥🐎 Herbs for the Year of the Fire Horse

The Fire Horse year carries bold, visible, catalytic energy. It accelerates momentum. It amplifies presence. It pushes movement.

In traditional East Asian philosophy, the Fire element corresponds to the Heart, the seat of vitality, circulation, emotional clarity, and spirit (Shen). When balanced, Fire brings charisma, joy, leadership, and confidence. When excessive, it can manifest as agitation, inflammation, overwhelm, or burnout.

To ride the Fire Horse well, the heart must be strong and the nervous system regulated.
