A former co-worker of mine Yolanda McDonald started a 60 squat challenge a few days ago. She provoked me to set a health challenge for myself. I have been through a lot the last few years and have lost a lot of strength and endurance. I was telling the Lord that I wanted to try and do something like this but there was no way I could do 60 squats a day. He told me that I could eat a whole pie in a day if I took it 1 bite at a time. I asked Him how I could accomplish this in my weaken condition and this is what He gave me. My husband Daniel Johnson and I are going on a 180 day health challenge. We will do 60 squats, 60 crunches, and 60 push ups per day. The breakdown for us is as follows
1st 45 days do 5 squats, 5 crunches, 5 sit ups every hour
2nd 45 days do 10 squats, 10 crunches 10 sit ups every 2 hours
3rd 45 days do 15 squats 15 crunches 15 sit ups every 4 hours
last 45 days do 20 squats, 20 crunches, 20 sit ups ever 4 hours
W are half way through our 1st day and are encouraged that we will be able to do this together. We are claiming a dramatic change in our endurance, strength, appearance, stamina and overall health by the end of this challenge. I encourage my friends, family, and face book members to join along with us. Shout out to some of my people who I know want to make a change.
