We’re saddened yet honored to Serve The Family and to Celebrate The Life of the sweet 13 Year Old, MELANIE FUENTES.
MELANIE was such a beautiful soul. She possessed an enormous heart of love and compassion. She cherished her parents, her family, her friends and she absolutely adored butterflies. 🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋
Unfortunately, when tragic events such as this transpire, all we can do is stay hopeful, prayerful and place our complete trust in The Lord, who never fails. In times like these, we must stand on The Word of God, to find much needed comfort and strength.
Psalm 34:17-19 (AMP) tells us: When the righteous cry [for help], the Lord hears And rescues them from all their distress and troubles. The Lord is near to the heartbroken And He saves those who are crushed in spirit (contrite in heart, truly sorry for their sin). Many hardships and perplexing circumstances confront the righteous, but the Lord rescues him from them all.
Again, Psalm 34:18: “The LORD is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.”
Matthew 5:4: “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.”
Psalm 147:3: “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”
Deuteronomy 29:29 (AMP) says: The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but the things which are revealed and disclosed belong to us and to our children forever, so that we may do all the words of this law.
In a nutshell, there are some occurrences that only God knows the answers to. Instead of trying to figure out why, we have to just trust Him moment by moment to see us through.
Please join us in praying God’s comfort and strength over MELANIE’S entire family during this extremely challenging time of grief, especially her beloved parents.
