Doulas provide continuous physical, emotional, and spiritual support to the mother before, during and just after birth. Doulas also assist with spirits leaving during hospice. Among the many benefits of having a doula, studies have shown that when doulas attend birth, labors are shorter with fewer complications, babies are healthier and they breastfeed more easily.

Welcome to my page, I am Courtney Carter. I have been a health educator for twelve years. I have a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Health Education and currently pursuing my Doctoral Degree from Concordia University. I am a mother of three beautiful children.
