A solid thought to start the week off!๐
Too often I hear people say they need to "feel motivated" to take action. Unfortunately, this often leads to a continual waiting phase.
In reality, motivation, or the desire to do something, is usually fueled by a dopamine release, which is often generated by us already taking a previous action.

The first days (or weeks) of starting a new habit are never easy. You are changing up your normal routine and you WILL feel the resistance. However, with each additional action or step, you will also see/feel some progress and/or reward. THIS is what keeps you going!๐ช THIS is the motivation!๐ But in order to get there.... you have to get started!
