Dancing, or any movement that engages your hips and rotates your body stimulates your liver and gallbladder meridians. They are the organs that help you process anger and frustration, get clear and see the other options when the plans go awry, and help you take action.
It’s a healthy and fun way to free yourself from the negativity so you can move forward or at the least, get back to being you!!
