This summer, we are going home.

Not the kind of home with an address, but the kind your body remembers.

Join us in Greece, guided not as a tourist, but as a guest traveling with a local. This is an intimate retreat woven with land, lineage, and lived experience.

We will stay where the mountain meets the sea. A beautiful home just 200 meters from the beach, close enough to hear the waves at night, and grounded beneath the presence of Mount Olympus, the tallest mountain in Greece and a place that has carried myth, prayer, and reverence for thousands of years.

Here, ancient history is not behind glass. It is under your feet. In the stones, the paths, the air. Nature is alive and unapologetic. Wild, expansive, and deeply nourishing.

Our days will move slowly and intentionally. Morning practices with the sun rising over the sea. Afternoons exploring sacred land, swimming in clear waters, resting, wandering. Evenings for reflection, connection, and remembering parts of yourself that only surface when life finally quiets down.

This is not a vacation. It is a return. To rhythm. To earth. To yourself.

Yin is a healing practice because it works slowly, intentionally, and deeply. It supports the joints, fascia, organs, nervous system, and emotional body in ways faster practices simply cannot.

This 50 hour Yin Yoga Training is for those who want to understand why Yin works and how to use it as a therapeutic, intelligent practice. You’ll explore anatomy, fascia, Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupressure, and long held postures in a way that is embodied, practical, and deeply restorative.
