Rosewood Gardens Rehab is proud to share our patient's inspiring rehabilitation journey! 🌟

Mr. J.W. was admitted to Rosewood Gardens Rehab following a mechanical fall that resulted in multiple rib fractures and a pneumothorax. Upon admission, he required assistance with all aspects of mobility and self-care.

Through dedicated Physical and Occupational Therapy, and with hard work from both Mr. J.W. and our rehab team, he successfully regained his independence and was able to return home safely!
